Shipping and Returns

Your event date is nearing, so we offer options for speedy shipping. Shipping costs, based on your location, are provided below. Shipping for team orders is determined once final order and shipping method are chosen.
Custom Orders – All custom orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Please note, UPS expedited options may be used. Cost for freight will be determined once the final order quantities are submitted and shipping method is chosen.

Non-Custom Orders – All non-custom orders are shipped either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

USPS Priority Mail or UPS options are available when shipping to Canada. Pricing will be determined based on the value of the order. In addition to the shipping charges, customs will bill you a processing fee and duties (GST) based on the value of your order. Unfortunately, we are not able to quote these additional costs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. **Please allow up to 10-20 business days for delivery.

We’ll request a FedEx CrossBorders account (or any other freight forwarding account) to be set up prior to submission. FedEx CrossBorders is an international freight forwarding company, which creates a US based address for you. We will process our standard freight charges and ship your order to the US location given. Once the package arrives at the US location, you will be prompted to continue the forwarding process through FedEx CrossBorders where additional charges will apply.
At Borah Teamwear, we pride ourselves in providing the best quality products and service to each and every customer. Due to their specialized nature, we do not accept returns on custom orders. If for some reason you/your team are not 100% satisfied with your custom apparel, we want to hear about it.
